Lot Comparison Tool
A tool that enables real estate professionals to quickly filter, compare, and select properties.
My role involved designing and enhancing a lot comparison tool tailored for real estate professionals. Alongside a Product Manager, I worked on optimizing the user experience to make it easier to select properties that meet client expectations. I also collaborated with technical teams to ensure a smooth and efficient integration of the tool.

❌ Real estate professionals struggled to efficiently compare available units due to unintuitive tools and a lack of visibility on key features (surface area, price, orientation, availability, etc.).
❌ The absence of an ergonomic comparison tool forced users to rely on manual methods, leading to time loss and decreased productivity.
👉 Design an intuitive and user-friendly lot comparison tool that allows developers, sellers, and advisors to quickly compare properties and make informed decisions.
👉 An optimized interface providing a clear overview of key unit features (surface area, price, orientation, availability, etc.).
👉 A responsive design adapted to all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) to ensure smooth usage in any situation.
👉 A significant boost in efficiency for real estate professionals, enabling them to respond faster to client requests and speed up the sales process.
To design an effective unit comparison tool and meet the expectations of real estate professionals, we organized a card sorting phase. The goal was to identify and prioritize the essential information to be displayed in the interface, in order to optimize clarity and support decision-making.
We then organized the data into several categories (essential features, secondary information, contextual data).
👉 As a real estate advisor, I want to compare multiple units based on criteria like price, surface area, and orientation, so I can quickly offer my client the best option.
👉 As a property developer, I want to filter units by price, typology (T1, T2, etc.), floor level, and availability, so I can quickly target properties that match prospect needs.
👉 As a seller, I want to consult a detailed sheet for each unit with all its features (floorplans, prices, availability, etc.), so I can respond accurately to client inquiries.
👉 As a sales agent, I want unit availability to be updated in real-time, so I can ensure I'm only offering properties that are still on the market.
