A clearer and more personalized management of activity
With Eugène, Product Manager, we designed a dashboard for sales teams, offering a clear and concise overview of their activity.
This dashboard allows each salesperson to track their tasks, goals, contacts, and associated lots at a glance, with customization options according to needs (view by day/week/month, or by program).
The goal was to centralize all the information on a single page, while maintaining enough flexibility to allow for future development.

Card Sorting Workshop
Interviews with sales reps to identify the most important elements to display and understand their real daily needs.
